We use a multi-material packaging, because each packaging material has particularities and certain applications and because each supply chain requires a different packaging.

Therefore, in the initial phase of each design we make an exclusive selection of the materials to be used – cardboard, wood, PP, Honeycomb, HDPE, EPE or Flexible. Or optimal combinations of them.

In addition to using the latest 2D and 3D technologies, we take advantage of advances in machinery and tools for pre-visualization and prototyping to develop packaging in record time. This also allows us to customize the manufacturing batches and adjust to JIT and Kanban programs.

This way, the In-House team is responsible for coordinating with the customer the frequency and weekly packaging needs to manage purchases, supplies and labor.
