By becoming the only packaging suppliers, we can coordinate from the purchase to the assembly and supply of a wide range of packaging. Therefore, we need to have fewer resources, reduce the likelihood of errors and achieve greater cost savings, in addition to a greater streamlining of packaging lines.
We use a multi-material packaging, because each packaging material has particularities and certain applications and because each supply chain requires a different packaging.
Therefore, in the initial phase of each design we make an exclusive selection of the materials to be used – cardboard, wood, PP, Honeycomb, HDPE, EPE or Flexible. Or optimal combinations of them.
In addition to using the latest 2D and 3D technologies, we take advantage of advances in machinery and tools for pre-visualization and prototyping to develop packaging in record time. This also allows us to customize the manufacturing batches and adjust to JIT and Kanban programs.
This type of packaging is integrated into the logistics processes of our customers, since we understand that the packaging goes beyond the box. We know that it has to help reduce costs of handling, storage or transport, avoid re-packing costs and optimize filling processes so we work In-House.
This way, the In-House team is responsible for coordinating with the customer the frequency and weekly packaging needs to manage purchases, supplies and labor.
We follow the evolution of the design of the packaging, even before having finished the design of the product, because we know that in this way the terms and the costs of design and development are drastically reduced.
